Rates

Package One – Up to 250 guests, we provide the following:

  • Only one event per day… your event
  • 14 hours the day of your wedding event (8 hours before ceremony time and 6 hours after)
  • Spacious 5,000 square foot enclosed banquet hall which includes a prep kitchen with microwave, beverage serving bar, food service room, and central air and heat.  A wall of windows overlooks large pond and gardens.  Banquet hall can seat 250 guests with room for a nice dance floor   
  • Your choice of 2 outdoor pergolas for ceremony with seating area for guests
  • Spacious area in banquet hall for an indoor wedding
  • Bridal dressing suite, and groom dressing suite with restrooms in each
  • Six restrooms for guests, one of which is wheel chair accessible with a hand rail
  • Rectangular tables
  • 250 White garden chairs
  • A list of local vendors provided at the time of booking for your convenience
  • Two 60” round tables, one 48” round table, and two 4 ft. rectangular tables
  • Wine barrels with a cedar board topper that can be used for cake/dessert presentation
  • Bridal portrait easel made of cedar wood
  • Officiant/minister’s stand
  • White unity table
  • Backdrop stand with curtains
  • Ceremonial Arch for indoor ceremonies
  • Large projection screen
  • On-site management during the duration of the event
  • Ample parking with attendant with cart service to banquet hall
  • Evening lighting
  • Engagement and/or bridal pictures may be taken in the gardens up to 2 hours each session prior to the ceremony date
  • A natural ambiance of large shade trees with hundreds of varieties of plants and flowers, natural rock, water gardens with winding water streams and waterfalls, ponds, sitting areas, water lilies, and large water fountain
  • An Insured Bartender Service and Security will be required at an extra cost, if serving alcohol .

$3500  on Saturdays from March 15th  through November 30th,  all other days – $3300

$3300  on Saturdays from December 1st through March 14th, all other days – $3100 

           *You have the option of selecting items from Package Two to add to this package, which will add some cost to this $3500/$3300 Package One rate.

Package Two – Up to 150 guests, we provide the following:

  • Every item in Package One
  • Tablecloths
  • Runners
  • One Bartender
  • Security
  • Banquet hall draping with lights
  • Draping of outdoor pergola, or indoor arch if rainy weather
  • Table and chair set-up and breakdown
  • Price reduction if no alcohol

 $4700 on Saturdays from March 15th through November 30th, all other days is $4500

 $4500 on Saturdays from December 1st through March 14th, all other days is $4300

   

Up to 250 guests, we provide the following:

  • Runners
  • Two Bartenders
  • Two Security officers
  • Banquet Hall draping with lights
  • Draping of outdoor pergola, or indoor arch if rainy weather
  • Table and chair set-up and breakdown
  • Price reduction if no alcohol served.

  $5300 on Saturdays from March 15th through November 30th, all other days $5100

  $5100 on Saturdays from December 1 through March 14th, all other days is $4900

Use of banquet hall for events such as:
Company parties or meetings, class reunions, anniversaries, engagement parties, retreats
$250 an hour
Reservations made within a 3 month timeframe.

Amenities:  Spacious banquet hall for up to 250 people, prep-kitchen, food service room, six restrooms, rectangular tables, chairs, projector screen, air-conditioning/heat, outside pergolas, water gardens and ponds, festive lighting in trees, parking attendants and cart to assist guests, wheelchair accessible, on-site management.
